Job summary

Rubicon Consulting in Bristol is seeking a TSA Business Analyst on a 6 month contract to lead discovery, scope the problem, and translate insights into structured requirements for delivery teams.

You will design end-to-end processes, map stakeholders, and work across business, product, engineering and service design to ensure solutions are customer-centric, compliant and cost-efficient, while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience with the Telecoms Security Act and regulatory change.
• Strong BA experience including discovery, requirements definition and stakeholder mapping.
• Ability to understand complex tech security environments and explain delivery needs.
• Experience creating BA artefacts like process maps, data requirements and RAID inputs.

Responsibilities

• Leads discovery, scoping and options analysis to define business problems and value opportunities.
• Translates insights into clear requirements (business, functional, non-functional, data) and epics, features and user stories.
• Designs end-to-end business processes and capabilities aligned with customer objectives and feasibility.
• Collaborates with business, product, engineering and service design teams to support decision-making.
• Produces BA artefacts with traceability to outcomes (process maps, data requirements, RAID).
• Supports MVPs/MMPs, phasing and road mapping for incremental delivery and value.
