Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact clients for overdue payments.
• Monitor and manage sales ledger.
• Prepare and issue monthly statements.
• Resolve invoice queries and disputes.
• Ensure proper logging of supplier invoices.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Prepare payments for approval.
• Perform month-end journal postings.
• Update the fixed asset register.
