Job summary

A leading digital consultancy is looking for a Contract Agile Delivery Lead to join on a 6–12 month contract. This role involves leading Agile ceremonies, managing sprint planning, and optimizing throughput on projects. Job description

We are looking for a Contract Agile Delivery Lead to join on a 6‑12 month contract, £380‑£430 day rate.

What you’ll bring to the table

• Leading Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, sprint reviews, daily scrums, and retrospectives, Optimising backlog and throughput
• Resolving risks, issues, interdependencies and managing external relationships on behalf of the delivery teams
• Creating a harmonious environment, managing conflict quickly and appropriately, creating a trusting and co‑operative environment
• Review business, technical and operational requirements and related information to ensure quality inputs to enable effective designs and builds can be tested and implemented
• Estimate and co‑ordinate releases with product release management, project managers and business stakeholders aligning to project timescales, release calendars and stakeholder needs
• Continually improve agile and scrum methodology and its implementation to provide high quality and highly efficient delivery
• Reporting to senior stakeholders - strong communication is key for this role.
• Working with other Delivery roles to find improvements in ways of working across the whole gateway forms team
