Job summary

Noriker Power Ltd in Cheltenham is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the commercial delivery of major BESS projects. The role is full-time and on-site, requiring meticulous contract management and close collaboration with the commercial team.

You will maintain registers, log variations, assist in invoicing and payments, assess claims, and help manage risks and close-outs across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM or related field required or preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability and willingness to commute to Cheltenham; fully office-based for at least the first year.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration: maintain commercial registers, logs, and track contractual dates and compliance.
• Cost Control & Financials: track costs, actuals, forecasts and assist reports.
• Payments & Invoicing: assist in claims and verify invoices against contract terms.
• Variations & Risk Management: log variations, support negotiations and monitor risks.
• Stakeholder Support & Close-Out: coordinate with teams, assist audits, manage close-outs and final accounts.
