Full time – 37.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday 0800-1600 hours.
Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience plus basic Serco benefits.
To liaise with visitors, clients, and staff by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately in a professional and polite manner.
To provide a customer-focused service, dealing with all customer requests, responding to calls in a timely fashion, and ensuring complaints are dealt with efficiently and sensitively, while maintaining appropriate records.
This active and visible role requires excellent customer relationship and administrative skills. The Contract Administrator will support the Performance Manager and provide excellent customer-focused and administrative support as part of a team.
