Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Contract Administrator in Ballyclare, Northern Ireland. The role involves supporting 52 landscaping contracts, coordinating across client and internal portals, and providing operations support in a fast-paced environment.

The position is a permanent, full-time contract with standard hours (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00) and potential flexibility. A background in admin, Excel proficiency, and CRM exposure are valued.

Job Title: Contract Administrator

Salary: £27,000
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00 but can be flexible

About the role

Join us as a Contract Administrator and you will get to play an integral part in the provision of high quality grounds services across your community. With strong communication and great organisational qualities, you will provide invaluable operations support to our 52 landscaping contracts, working across different client and internal portals.

Requirements

  • An eye for detail and problem solving capabilities
