As a QA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the excellence of packaging products by conducting thorough quality assessments and applying your expertise in packaging production and printing methods. Your commitment to precision and your extensive experience in the field will contribute to the company’s continued success in delivering high-quality packaging solutions to its diverse clientele.

What your days will look like:

  • Conduct comprehensive quality checks on packaging products at various stages of the production process to identify any defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from established standards.
  • Utilise your expertise in packaging production and printing methods to assess and verify the accuracy of design, colour, material, and overall product integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, design, and quality assurance to address any identified issues and recommend necessary corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality assessments, observations, and findings, and communicate this information effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts by providing insights and recommendations to enhance packaging production processes, minimise defects, and improve overall product quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies in packaging production and printing methods to consistently apply best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures, guidelines, and standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

  • Substantial experience in packaging production and printing methods, demonstrating a deep understanding of various materials, printing techniques, and production processes.
