Continuous Improvement Manager (Repairs Manager)
Location: Cardiff
Salary: up to £40,537.99 per annum plus car allowance
Type: Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As the first wholly owned subsidiary of its kind formed by United Welsh in partnership with Mears Group, Celtic Horizons cares for over 6,500 properties across 11 local authority areas in South Wales.
As a Continuous Improvement Manager based in our Caerphilly branch, you will oversee the day-to-day management and delivery of our responsive repair services in Cardiff. Your responsibilities include meeting all Key Performance Indicators, driving innovation and continuous improvement, and managing operatives and subcontractors.
Note: All roles require entitlement to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available. Candidates must pass DBS/security checks and, to drive a Mears vehicle, must be over 21, have held a license for over 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points.
