We seek a motivated Continuous Improvement Manager to lead strategic and tactical initiatives across our global manufacturing platform, championing Lean methodologies, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze current production processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
  2. Implement and optimize Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
  3. Lead cross-functional CI projects with departments such as Engineering, R&D, Logistics, and Quality.
  4. Sustain lean initiatives through monitoring tools and metrics.
  5. Drive cost reductions and evaluate ROI on technological improvements.
  6. Ensure safety and quality compliance in process enhancements.
  7. Mentor and coach production teams to foster a high-performance CI culture.
Candidate Profile
Education and Experience
  • Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent NVQ Level 7.
  • Minimum Green Belt in Lean or Six Sigma with practical experience applying tools like Kanban, VSM, Poke Yoke, and SPC.
  • Proven track record leading change in manufacturing or industrial environments.
