Job summary

Shillito Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to drive efficiency across its manufacturing operations. You will lead and support Lean initiatives, Kaizen events and cost-reduction programs.

The role requires strong problem-solving, data analysis and stakeholder engagement to deliver sustainable improvements across multiple departments. Candidates will apply Six Sigma, 5S, PDCA and DMAIC methods to reduce waste and raise productivity across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record delivering process improvement projects to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, SMED and Value Stream Mapping.
• Experience analysing manufacturing KPIs, production performance, downtime and inefficiencies.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement improvements using 5 Why, 8D, PDCA or DMAIC.
• Experience leading improvement projects and influencing production teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production efficiency and cost reduction.
• Experience supporting change management and embedding continuous improvement across departments.
