Job summary

The Abbey is seeking a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to oversee the site CI plan, act as PMO, and support the Operational Excellence Strategy. You will facilitate change on site to deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery and people benefits while encouraging colleague participation.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will monitor CI delivery with site teams and regional managers, report risks and benefits, lead small projects, coach colleagues in CI, and assist with system changes, data

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma awareness required.
• Experience with logistics, distribution or supply chain.
• Strong data analysis and IT systems understanding.
• Experience delivering change in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site CI plan delivery and PMO governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, cost, service and engagement.
• Report progress, risks, issues and benefits of CI projects.
• Lead small projects and coach colleagues in CI methods.
• Support system changes, data gathering and process governance.
