Job summary

Copello Global is recruiting a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive Lean and CI initiatives across engineering and production environments. You will lead structured problem-solving, collaborate with operations, engineering and supply chain, and coach teams in Lean Six Sigma to embed a strong CI culture.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified engineer or equivalent practical experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt required.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience within electro-mechanical or electronics assembly and test environments.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
• Practical knowledge of MRP systems; IFS experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve flow, quality, cost and delivery performance.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis and Practical Problem Solving.
• Work with operations, engineering and supply chain teams to deliver sustainable operational improvements.
• Support electronics and electro-mechanical assembly and test processes.
• Drive root cause analysis and resolution of non-conformances.
• Coach teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and embed a continuous improvement culture.
