Lowell is hiring a Continuous Improvement Consultant at Thorpe Park, Leeds with hybrid working. You will drive meaningful change that improves outcomes for customers and the business, leading CI initiatives with stakeholders across the UK.
Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to simplify processes, document BPMN2 processes using Blueworks Live or Visio, and applying Lean Six Sigma to deliver sustainable improvements.
Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds, Hybrid working.
Join us as a Continuous Improvement Consultant! You'll play a key role in driving meaningful change that improves outcomes for both our customers and our business. Working closely with Business Product Owners and a wide range of stakeholders across the UK business, you'll lead the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives that align with our strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.
You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to simplify processes, reduce waste and improve performance, while ensuring solutions are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality standards. As the owner of our UK Process Architecture framework, you'll ensure processes are clearly documented, regularly maintained and supported by effective controls and governance. You'll lead the review of end-to-end processes across multiple teams, embedding clear ownership and strong hand-offs, while using established methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to deliver sustainable improvements.
Just as importantly, you'll be an advocate for a culture of continuous improvement, building trusted relationships across teams including Customer Experience, Operations, Transformation, Analytics, Compliance, Learning & Development, Shared Services and our legal and recovery businesses, to secure engagement, gather insight and drive change that makes a real difference.
