You will lead awareness at leadership levels, draft Scottish-specific guidance, and develop learning resources while supporting data collection to understand extra-familial harm. Secondments welcome. Interview 26 November 2026.

• Lead on Contextual Safeguarding and awareness across leadership in Scotland.
• Develop Scottish-specific guidance aligned with policy and legislation.
• Create learning materials and resources and support dataset development.
• Collaborate with partners to embed government policy and train across services.
