Job description

We are working with a top-tier law firm based in London for a Lawyer to join their Contentious Tax team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an innovative contentious Tax team, working on various matters including tax litigation, direct and indirect tax issues, judicial review, and HMRC remedies, on a national and cross-border basis.

The candidate should have experience handling tax matters within tribunals and courts. Responsibilities also include supervising and mentoring junior team members. Clients include public sector bodies, institutional investors, and listed companies.

• 7+ years’ PQE
• Tax litigation background
• Experience with Tax Tribunal proceedings
• Technically proficient
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
