We’re looking for a qualified lawyer with strong experience in corporate tax to join our London Tax Knowledge team for 12 months (maternity cover). Ideal for a current Knowledge Lawyer or corporate tax fee earner looking to transition.
Our market-leading Tax team advises on complex transactions, disputes, and advisory matters. You’ll play a key role in keeping the team informed on legal developments, leading training, and sharing knowledge across the group.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring and analysing legal and regulatory changes
Creating and updating knowledge resources
Organising and delivering internal training
Supporting client outreach through insights and content
Collaborating across practice areas and offices
Requirements:
Qualified lawyer (England & Wales) with excellent academic background
Significant experience in corporate tax law
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proactive, commercially aware, and tech-savvy
