About the Firm/Role:

In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of disputes and litigation relating to estates. You'll also have the opportunity to assist senior colleagues on larger cases and engage in property litigation matters. With a growing probate team, this role offers the chance to build a rewarding career.

What you’ll do:

• Manage a caseload of disputes and litigation related to estates
• Provide support on larger cases and work collaboratively with senior members of the team
• Engage with clients primarily via phone and email
• Ensure cases are accurately updated with correct information
• Provide technical support to colleagues as required
• Drive your own development with ongoing support from the team

This role would suit people who have:

• Qualified as a solicitor, CILEX-qualified, or nearing the end of your training contract
• Some experience in contentious probate or significant experience in probate law
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a caseload
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• A client-focused approach, always putting the client's interests first
