A Clinical Negligence Solicitor is required by this award-winning law firm to work from their offices in Newcastle with the opportunity for hybrid/remote working. This role would suit an experienced solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE.

Role Overview

Candidate Profile
The firm seeks a Clinical Negligence Solicitor who can demonstrate:

• Experience handling clinical negligence or complex injury claims from either a Defendant or Claimant perspective;
• Experience in inquest or healthcare advisory work (advantageous but not essential);
• Strong academic background;
• Competence in legal research;
