Job summary

Connect Legal Partners in Reading, UK, is seeking a solicitor to handle contentious probate and trust disputes. You will run your own files and support senior colleagues on larger cases, including Inheritance Act claims and challenges to the validity of wills.

The role requires 3 to 5 years PQE in civil litigation with substantial contentious probate experience; some private client exposure is useful but not essential. Part-time working will be considered.

You will handle contentious probate and trust disputes. That includes Inheritance Act claims, challenges to the validity of wills, disputes with executors and trustees and other estate disputes. You will run your own files and support senior colleagues on larger cases.
