Job summary

G2 Legal is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates in the UK.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including will and inheritance disputes, Act 1975 challenges, and executor disputes, with autonomy to run matters while supported by a collaborative and experienced team. Remote and hybrid working is standard, with a clear pathway to Partnership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate is required.
• Solid experience handling complex probate disputes.
• Confident managing own caseload with strong client care.
• Demonstrates technical ability and careful attention to detail.

I'm keen to speak with Contentious Probate Solicitors (3+ PQE) who are looking to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates.

Unlike many private client teams, the practice is dedicated solely to contentious work, offering lawyers the opportunity to develop genuine specialist expertise while working alongside some of the leading names in the field.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, including will and inheritance disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, trust and estate disputes, challenges to the validity and capacity of wills, and executor and trustee disputes. You'll enjoy the autonomy to run your own matters while benefiting from the support, mentoring and technical expertise of a collaborative and experienced team.
