Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, communications, or B2B technology marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with adaptability for different audiences and formats.
• Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging customer-focused content.
• Understanding of brand positioning and how content supports awareness, consideration, and demand generation.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and AI-powered search/content optimization.
• Strong copywriting for paid digital campaigns and cross-channel messaging.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Experience using AI writing/productivity tools responsibly to maintain originality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling, customer-focused content across formats—blogs, eBooks, web pages, landing pages, emails, case studies, ads, social, events.
• Contribute to messaging strategies by translating objectives and customer insights into engaging stories.
• Translate complex technology into clear content that demonstrates value and motivates action.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Demand Gen, and other teams to support launches and campaigns.
• Write concise ad copy and campaign messages to drive engagement and conversions.
• Apply and refine Sitecore’s messaging frameworks for consistency across channels.
• Create content optimized for discoverability by AI-powered search and traditional search engines.
• Track projects and deliver high-quality work on time using Asana and other tools.
