Job summary

Sitecore in London is seeking a Content Strategist to drive messaging, storytelling, and content planning for product launches and campaigns. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Brand, and Creative to craft clear, engaging content that supports our marketing objectives and brand voice.

You’ll translate complex technology into accessible content, apply AI insights to improve discovery and experience, and ensure consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, communications, or B2B technology marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences, formats, and channels.
• Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging customer-focused content.
• Understanding of messaging, brand positioning, and how content supports awareness, consideration, and demand generation throughout the buyer journey.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and an interest in how AI-powered search and generative AI are changing content creation, discovery, and optimization.
• Strong copywriting skills with experience creating compelling ad copy and campaign messaging that drives engagement across digital channels

Responsibilities

• Create compelling, customer-focused content across a variety of formats including blog posts, eBooks, web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, advertising, social media, and event content.
• Contribute to the development of messaging strategies and narrative frameworks by translating business objectives, product positioning, and customer insights into engaging stories across campaigns and channels.
• Translate complex technology into clear, compelling content that helps customers understand the value of Sitecore's solutions and inspires action.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Demand Generation, and other cross-functional teams to create content that supports product launches, campaigns, thought leadership, and customer engagement.
• Write concise, persuasive copy for paid digital campaigns (display, search, social) that captures attention and drives action.
• Apply and refine Sitecore's messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across marketing channels and throughout the customer journey.
• Create content that performs for both human audiences and intelligent systems, focusing on discoverability across AI-powered search, LLMs, and traditional search engines.
• Track projects independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality work on time using project management tools such as Asana.
