Job summary

Hilditch & Key is seeking a Content Coordinator to plan, produce and manage engaging content across digital channels, including social media, website, blog and email campaigns.

You will develop a content calendar, collaborate with our in-house team for visuals and copy, and monitor analytics to improve engagement while upholding brand standards. Sidcup, Kent-based, full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of content creation, digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience with Shopify and Meta Business Suite is beneficial.
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with SEO/web analytics.
• Solid organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will plan, produce, and manage engaging content across our digital channels—including social media, website, blog, and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and publish high-quality content across web, social media, email, and print platforms.
• Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Collaborate with our inhouse team to produce visual and copy assets.
• Monitor channel metrics and performance analytics to optimise content engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Proofread and copyedit content to ensure clarity, proper grammar, and brand tone.
• Work to digitise our extensive company archive.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. Shopify) and social media management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite) would be beneficial, but not essential.
• Basic proficiency with graphic design.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
