CuddleCo in Manchester, ENG, GB, is seeking a Content and Social Media Manager to lead our content and social marketing initiatives. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, with opportunities to grow the team as needed and to drive brand storytelling across channels.

You will manage content creation, campaigns, and analytics, collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment with launches and brand goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a content or social media management role, preferably within nursery/homeware.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience with content planning tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy aligned with brand values and goals.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social platforms with a consistent brand voice.
• Lead social and content campaigns to promote products and drive traffic.
• Produce high-quality content, including blogs, newsletters, product descriptions, and posts.
• Monitor and report on content performance to optimise future strategies.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
