Confidential is recruiting a Social Media & Content Marketing Executive in Cheadle to drive digital growth and engagement. The role combines creative content creation with data-driven decisions to grow online audiences and improve supporter journeys.

You will manage social channels, develop targeted content strategies, and use audience insights to improve campaign performance across multiple platforms. Experience in charity or not-for-profit is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Social Media, Content Marketing or Digital Marketing role.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, audience growth and community engagement.
• Confident using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
• Experience with audience segmentation and social listening platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Comfortable using AI-powered marketing tools within day-to-day workflows.
• Excellent communication, copywriting and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous charity, NGO or not-for-profit experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media channels across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging, digital-first content that drives reach, engagement and conversions.
• Build and nurture online communities through effective community management.
• Monitor and analyse performance, providing insight-led recommendations to improve results.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies to deliver more personalised communications.
• Utilise social listening tools to identify trends, opportunities and audience behaviour.
• Support CRM integration activities, including working with Salesforce and social platform data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support wider communications and fundraising campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude & Canva AI to support content creation and reporting.
