Job summary

Stride is seeking a social content creator to own its social presence from the ground up in Manchester. You will plan, shoot, edit and post content across platforms, working with the Growth Lead to shape organic and paid strategies.

You’ll be hands-on, briefing external creators when needed, and staying ahead of health, wellness and longevity trends. This hybrid role is based in Manchester with 2–3 days in the office and equity after probation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in social or content
• Hands-on ability to shoot and edit
• Clear sense of what stops the scroll
• Comfort moving between platforms with different native tones
• Understanding of how organic and paid social work together
• Fluency with AI tools to move faster
• A strong written voice and comfort engaging in DMs/comments
• Enough self-direction to build a function largely on your own, with support

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook to start
• Get a real feel for what each platform wants, tailoring formats accordingly
• Build relationships with creators and partners for UGC and collaborations
• Handle comments, DMs and everyday engagement across our channels
• Work with Growth Lead on what gets boosted and what’s working
• Support TikTok Shop and other organic-commerce features as they launch
• Feed content performance into wider funnel reporting
• Track engagement and performance across channels and report on awareness, traffic and conversion
