Job summary

Colonial Group seeks a detail‑driven Publishing Coordinator to support day‑to‑day content delivery across newlook.com and the app, ensuring high quality and accurate trading and marketing execution.

You will publish content, manage promotions, QA testing, and collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM, Trading and Product teams. A proactive team player with strong organisation and communication will thrive in this fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMS platforms, ecommerce or digital environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools and processes.
• Proactive team player with collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and publish content across web and app, including homepages and campaigns.
• Manage promotional content and site messaging within CMS platforms.
• Support app engagement through third-party tools and testing platforms.
• Perform post-publication QA checks on content and links.
• Assist with UAT, sign-off and launch of new features.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines and design standards.
• Support trading changes during key commercial periods.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM, Trading and Product teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve content execution and customer experience.
