Join us to apply for the Content Project Coordinator role at Schrader Commercial Properties.

We're seeking a confident, organized, and collaborative individual to join our global content team. As part of Citywire's Engage division, you'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality, bespoke content campaigns for leading asset management firms.

Your responsibilities include supporting the full cycle of multi-format content projects—video, digital, podcast, and events—ensuring client briefs are fulfilled, deadlines met, and quality maintained.

This client-facing role requires excellent communication skills to work directly with asset managers and internal teams, translating ideas into successful campaigns. It offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in content strategy, project management, and client relations.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinating branded content projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and client expectations are aligned.
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams; translating briefs, managing feedback, and facilitating collaboration.
  • Maintaining project trackers and systems to keep all stakeholders updated.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through various communication channels.
  • Providing creative input to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Liaising with editorial, video, design, compliance, and sales teams to ensure quality and delivery standards.
  • Contributing to the improvement of content processes and client service strategies.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong project management skills: organized, detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to build rapport and collaborate effectively.
  • Interest in digital content: video, podcasts, infographics, or editorial features.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness: identifying opportunities and aligning content with business goals.
  • Adaptability and composure under pressure: thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in content production, project coordination, or financial services is a plus but not mandatory.
