Ministry of Sound is seeking a Content Producer with a strong eye for video and a passion for music and culture. You will create content across our club programme and artist activity, from shoots to editing and colour grading for social, digital and campaigns.
You’ll collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Creative, Club and Talent teams to deliver engaging content across multiple channels, including YouTube and social platforms. The role requires full-time, on-site work at SE1 in London.
We’re looking for a Content Producer with a strong eye for video and a passion for music and culture to bring the Ministry of Sound brand to life through compelling content. The role is centred on capturing and creating content across our club programme and artist activity, while also supporting wider brand campaigns, partnerships and projects across the group.
Video production is at the heart of the role, from planning and shooting through to editing and colour grading content for social, digital and integrated campaigns. You’ll also capture photography when required, working confidently in fast-paced live environments and instinctively spotting moments that reflect the energy, authenticity and identity of the brand.
Reporting to the Group Head of Creative & Brand, you’ll collaborate closely with the Brand, Marketing, Creative, Club and Talent teams to deliver engaging content across multiple channels.
You’ll produce video content for club nights, artists and marketing campaigns, creating everything from short-form social assets to longer-form storytelling for platforms such as YouTube. You'll contribute creative ideas, help develop content formats and recurring series, and support projects from concept through to delivery.
The role involves preparing for shoots, developing shot lists and coordinating with artists, promoters and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. You’ll film interviews with music talent and create engaging, authentic content that resonates with audiences.
Alongside filming, you’ll edit and grade footage for a variety of channels and campaign requirements. When projects are passed to another editor, you’ll provide clear edit briefs and well-organised handovers. You’ll also capture photography at events and shoots where required.
You’ll support branded content and partnership activations, contribute to wider group filming projects and create showreels when needed. Building and maintaining a valuable library of evergreen footage will be an important part of the role, ensuring content remains useful beyond individual campaigns.
Technical responsibilities include setting up, operating and safely derigging three-camera Sony FX3 and FX6 systems for live events, maintaining equipment, managing lighting setups and ensuring all footage, project files and final assets are organised and securely backed up on the Creative server.
As part of the creative team, you’ll stay current with trends, bring fresh visual ideas and continuously develop your skills by exploring new techniques, technologies and creative approaches.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, with schedules planned around production requirements. As club content is a core part of the position, regular Saturday evening work is required. These hours form part of your normal working week, with time off provided during the week where appropriate.
You’ll have at least three years’ experience producing video content, ideally within music, entertainment, nightlife, fashion or lifestyle sectors. A genuine passion for music, club culture and contemporary visual storytelling is essential, along with the ability to draw inspiration from these worlds and translate it into engaging content.
You’ll have a strong portfolio and showreel that demonstrate your ability to plan, shoot and edit high-quality video. A keen eye for composition, narrative and visual detail is important, as is the confidence to work in low-light, fast-moving environments where priorities can change quickly.
You’ll understand how content performs across different platforms and know how to create work that feels native to channels such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch. You’ll be comfortable interviewing headline DJs and artists, reacting quickly to opportunities and creating content that feels timely and relevant.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-profile talent, operating multicamera productions and using Sony FX3 and FX6 systems, with a strong understanding of lighting and audio capture. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent editing software is essential. Experience with motion graphics or Adobe After Effects would be advantageous but is not required.
You’ll also have some photography experience, ideally including live event coverage, together with the ability to work independently on location while collaborating effectively with wider teams. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as is a proactive mindset, curiosity to explore new ideas and the confidence to take ownership when required while responding positively to creative feedback.
Salary £40,000 per annum
This is a full-time permanent role that requires working onsite 5 days per week - location in SE1.
