Content Operations Editor - (Fixed Term Contract)

The Role:

This role focuses on maintaining credibility, integrity, clarity, and consistency across all Vixio content. It is essential to the ongoing development of the operations and Regulatory Intelligence functions. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, copy editing, and supporting marketing activities. The role also involves improving global operational processes and providing data-driven insights. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract until the end of 2025, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality control:

• Proofreading content for consistency and accuracy; updating via email when necessary.
• Editing reports for structure, substance, and style; verifying links and references.
• Spot checking regulatory updates and horizon scanning for quality, clarity, and source verification.
• Supporting the creation of bespoke and monthly reports, including editing, layout, graphics, and repurposing content.
• Copy editing marketing materials and emails as needed.
• Collaborating with regulatory leads to ensure timely delivery of content.

Continuous improvement:

• Developing and refining internal processes to improve efficiency.
• Providing feedback on editing work and updating guidelines.
• Addressing knowledge gaps across teams.
• Maintaining and monitoring content performance dashboards.
• Providing regular updates on content metrics and insights to stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong attention to detail in copy editing, CMS, and design tasks.
• Experience editing content written by non-native English speakers.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication skills across functions.
• Ability to work independently and think creatively.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign (desirable).
• Familiarity with Drupal and Pardot (optional).
