The Role:

This role focuses on maintaining standards that uphold credibility, integrity, clarity, and consistency across all Vixio content. It is crucial to the ongoing development of the operations and Regulatory Intelligence functions. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, copy editing, and marketing-related activities. The role also involves improving global operational processes and providing data-informed insights. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract until the end of 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

• Proof content for consistency and accuracy; send updates via email as needed.
• Edit reports for structure, substance, and style; verify links and references.
• Spot check regulatory updates and horizon scanning for quality; clarify points, sources, and taxonomy.
• Support creation of bespoke/monthly reports: edit and layout, add graphics, repurpose content, and create infographics.
• Edit marketing materials and emails when required.
• Collaborate with regulatory leads to ensure timely delivery of content.

Continuous Improvement:

• Develop internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide feedback on edited work, update guidelines, and ensure team awareness.
• Address knowledge gaps across teams.
• Maintain a data dashboard to monitor content performance.
• Provide regular updates on content metrics and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Attention to detail in copy editing, CMS, and design tasks.
• Experience editing content written by non-native English speakers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication across teams.
• Ability to work independently and creatively solve problems.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign (desirable).
• Platform knowledge: Drupal; Pardot (optional).
