Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Lead to own the content process - from insight to publication. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes B2B content, has a sharp editorial eye, and knows how to build authority through research-driven storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead content ideation and planning in alignment with client goals and industry trends.
  • Develop and manage editorial calendars across multiple projects and formats.
  • Identify storytelling angles that turn raw research into compelling narratives.

Execution & Editing:

  • Write, edit, and oversee production of long-form content including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and reports.
  • Ensure every piece is insightful, sharp, and tailored to its target audience.
  • Maintain a high bar for clarity, tone, structure, and originality.

Client Collaboration & Research Application:

  • Work closely with researchers and strategists to translate insights into content formats.
  • Collaborate with clients to shape content direction and provide editorial guidance.
  • Stay involved throughout the research-to-content lifecycle to maintain context and coherence.

Performance & Optimization:

  • Analyze content performance and recommend optimizations based on engagement and business impact.
  • Continuously improve content processes and templates for quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, strategy, or editorial roles (preferably SaaS, AI, or data-related sectors).
  • Proven experience turning research or interviews into compelling content.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Strong understanding of content formats, distribution channels, and audience needs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including research, design, and marketing.
