Job summary

The Open University is seeking a proactive Library Services Assistant to support Content Licensing and Intellectual Property. You will handle procurement, invoices, and subscription records, while assisting with service delivery across the Library.

You will maintain financial data, support accessibility assessments, and contribute to publisher engagement and budget processes. You will work in a hybrid pattern at Milton Keynes, with some office attendance required, and provide deputising support

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage administrative processes and financial data.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, prioritising workloads.
• Experience in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Library Services Content and Licensing team.
• Procure and renew online and print content from multiple suppliers, manage orders and invoices.
• Analyse usage data and contribute to budget and expenditure reports.
• Support accessibility assessments and publisher engagement decisions.
