Job summary

Schroders is seeking a Content Manager to join the Central Content Team in London. You will plan, produce and curate high-quality content that supports global sales initiatives and thought leadership in asset management.

You will translate complex investment topics into clear narratives for institutional and intermediary audiences, work with investment and marketing colleagues, and drive a structured content agenda with strong editorial standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in content, ideally within asset management or financial services
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex investment topics without losing depth or credibility
• An understanding of market dynamics, investment strategies and economic themes
• A broad knowledge of audiences/client types and their likely interests
• Familiarity with digital content production processes
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders
• Strong organisational and planning skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and produce a range of content items to an agreed schedule across content categories
• Develop and maintain a long-term, proactive content roadmap aligned to priorities
• Produce content yourself or with other authors (or video colleagues)
• Create social assets
• Maintain high editorial standards and consistent tone, brand positioning
• Upload and digitally present content
• Optimize content for SEO/AI models to improve visibility
• Monitor content performance data to gauge effectiveness
• Support activation across channels for translation and localisation of assets
• Stay informed on markets and competitors to keep output relevant
