Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP, a leading international legal business, seeks an Experience and Content Management Executive to join the Clients & Markets function in Newcastle. You will manage the firm's experience database, content repositories and digital assets, ensuring accuracy, governance and accessibility to support bids, campaigns and knowledge-sharing.

Working within Marketing Operations & Brand Design, you will apply taxonomy, metadata and classification standards, coordinate lifecycle processes,

Qualifications

• Experience managing content, information or digital asset repositories within a structured business environment.
• Understanding of content governance and lifecycle principles.
• Ability to apply taxonomy and metadata standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy across large volumes of information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the firm's experience database, ensuring records remain accurate and governed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, organise and maintain experience, content and digital assets.
• Apply taxonomy, metadata and content classification standards to improve discoverability.
• Ensure permissions and confidentiality requirements are maintained per policy.
• Conduct content quality assurance and coordinate improvements with owners.
• Manage content lifecycles, retention, archiving and disposal activities.
• Produce reporting on content usage and adoption.
• Support development and optimisation of content platforms and governance.
• Provide guidance to contributors on standards and best practices.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve content consistency and efficiency.
