We’re hiring a Content & Engagement Manager to take the lead on Rela8 Group’s brand voice, social media presence, speaker storytelling, and content strategy. You’ll be responsible for turning the value of our events into content that builds trust, credibility, and awareness across our community.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage the content calendar (social, email, blog, speaker features)
• Own the tone of voice and brand messaging across touchpoints
• Repurpose event content (quotes, photos, videos) for campaigns and community posts
• Support the Growth Manager with top-of-funnel content assets
• Collaborate with the Conference Producer to translate themes into copy and visuals
• Track engagement metrics and iterate on messaging for reach and clarity
Ideal Candidate
• 2–4 years in content marketing, brand, or social media (B2B/events ideal)
• A confident writer who can adapt tone for different audiences
• Skilled with basic creative tools (Canva, CapCut, Buffer, Adobe Suite preferred)
• Passionate about digital storytelling and audience engagement
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
