Job summary

The Chancery Rosewood in Mayfair invites a Content Manager to lead premium photography and videography that bring the hotel's products, people, and brand story to life. You will report to the Digital and Social Manager and drive end-to-end production across all platforms.

You'll manage shoots, brief talent and partners, maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, curate the digital asset library, and collaborate with the Head of Digital to strengthen brand consistency and audience

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading photography and videography campaigns.
• Strong briefing and collaboration with internal teams and external creatives.
• Experience managing digital asset libraries and ensuring brand consistency.
• Ability to plan shoots, direct talent and partners, and deliver on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead photography and videography production end-to-end across platforms.
• Direct talent, colleagues, and external partners during shoots, keeping production calm and on schedule.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns and business objectives.
• Manage the hotel’s digital asset library with clear labeling and consistent colour grading.
• Collaborate with Head of Digital to maximize engagement and brand consistency.
