Job summary

Spotlight Recruitment is seeking a Content Manager for a luxury fashion brand at Chelsea. You will craft and execute social media content, lead video concepts, and develop narrative captions that celebrate fashion history.

This role requires coordinating shoots, creators, and collaborations, with four days in the Chelsea office. You’ll shape a premium brand voice across web, social, and email, balancing trend responsiveness with depth and provenance in storytelling.

Content Manager | luxury fashion, up to £45k + benefits | Chelsea

Our client is a luxury, high-end fashion brand, seeking a Content Manager with creative content creation skills to produce social media, content and engaging digital campaigns for their audience of luxury shoppers. You will be the storyteller for this luxury brand, and will naturally live and breathe luxury fashion. You'll create and execute content, produce social media video content and using your outstanding copywriting skills to create written content for web, social media, and email newsletters. This would be 4 days a week from the Chelsea office.

We're looking for someone an amazing sense for design, and knowledge of luxury fashion, culture and social media who will also be managing and coordinating talent/creators for shoots and social content and developing fresh content concepts aligned with the brand. You'll work alongside an existing video editor and focus is ideas, story, filming, and strategy.

Who we're looking for

• Experience running social for a fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brand or creator account
• Equally comfortable jumping on a trend quickly and writing a slower, researched narrative caption
• A genuine interest in fashion history and archival design - this is knowledge-driven content, not templated content
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research and drafting, without losing your own judgment or voice
