Job summary

Royal Greenwich is seeking a Content Designer to join the Product team for Digital, Operations and Access. You will lead content design for complex products, collaborating across councils and teams to improve service information and accessibility.

You will speak up for users, shape products using data and research, and report to a senior content designer. A strong emphasis on mentoring and continuous improvement is highlighted throughout the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in content design, ideally on multidisciplinary agile projects.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred practices, able to explain complex concepts in plain language.

Role Overview

As a content designer in the Product team for Digital, Operations and Access, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team designing new products and improving existing ones.
