The Role

As Content Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer journeys across a suite of digital products, ensuring content is intuitive, inclusive, and aligned with brand voice. You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional product design team, working closely with developers, marketers, and stakeholders in both the UK and US markets.

Reporting to the Head of Product Design, you will lead content creation from research through to delivery, with a focus on enhancing both mobile and native app experiences. You’ll contribute to the company’s design system, ensure accessibility standards are upheld, and help evolve the overall tone and communication strategy.

Your Profile

Experience working in Agile environments, ideally across both start-up and corporate contexts
Strong background in content design for e-commerce or B2C platforms
Experience designing mobile-first and native app content
Proficiency with accessibility standards and design systems
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
High-level documentation and content strategy development experience
