Job summary

Rightmove is seeking a Data Quality Executive to join the Data Quality Team in Milton Keynes. This hybrid role involves moderating content, triaging inquiries from partners and consumers, and ensuring listings are accurate and compliant.

You will work closely with Data Quality Advisors, maintain high standards of communication, and uphold GDPR requirements while supporting improvements to data processes and partner engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work under own initiative and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, moderate and upload advert content in line with guidelines.
• Approve and verify reviews for authenticity.
• Track review similarity and flag potential misuse.
• Triage and manage inbound queries, meeting SLAs and escalating high-priority cases.
• Maintain proactive communication with team leads and managers.
• Engage with consumers and partners to request amendments or evidence.
• Serve as first point of contact for sensitive queries with professionalism.
• Identify process improvements within the Data Quality team.
• Promote adoption of self-service tools and partner engagement.
