Job summary

Overdales Legal is hiring two Data Quality Administrators to join our Data Quality function at Thorpe Park, Leeds. This hybrid role focuses on ensuring customer, client and operational data is accurate and reliable to support decision-making across the business.

You’ll investigate issues, review and validate data, identify trends and root causes, and help ensure data flows smoothly through systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify trends, investigate issues and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Support exchange, processing and quality of data between Overdales, clients and third parties.
• Review customer and account information, investigate exceptions and ensure data remains accurate.
• Monitor operational processes and identify issues affecting account progression or performance.
• Conduct investigations and root cause analysis to identify trends and improvements.
• Support remediation activities and wider business improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Operational, IT, Analytics, BI and Strategy teams to maximise data value.
