Job summary

Streamline Search Ltd. in Stowmarket is seeking an experienced Container Operations Manager to take responsibility for its container operation and run the day-to-day FCL activities.

The role involves coordinating container movements, planning vehicles and drivers, and liaising with ports, depots, hauliers and customers to ensure efficient operations. Profit share may be discussed for bringing new or existing customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in container haulage.
• Experience coordinating container movements.
• Good knowledge of TOPS.
• Confident dealing with customers, hauliers, ports and depots.
• Able to take ownership and make decisions.
• Organised and commercially minded.
• Ability to manage the operation independently.

Job title: Container Operations Manager

Salary: Up to £43,000 DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00

Location: Stowmarket

We are recruiting for an established logistics and freight business that is looking for an experienced Container Operations Manager to take responsibility for its container operation.

The Role - Container Operations Manager

• Run the day-to-day FCL / container operation
• Manage container movements from collection through to delivery
