Job summary

Specsavers in Telford is hiring an Optical Assistant to support customers in a busy store. You will welcome customers, assist with contact lens bookings and orders, and provide guidance on lens care and products.

We offer comprehensive training and development, with support from experienced Opticians and Technicians to help you grow your career in a well‑established business.

• Previous optical experience required.
• Experience welcoming customers and handling queries.

Located in the heart of Telford town centre, our Specsavers store is a busy and welcoming environment where no two days are the same. The store is equipped with modern optical and hearcare facilities and is supported by a friendly, experienced team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer care. • Competitive salary depending on experience and optical qualification
• Full time - 30 to 37.5 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days, to include working a weekend day
