Job summary

You will collaborate with managers and staff to identify bottlenecks, ensure quality standards, document guidelines, and support achieving performance targets. A strong continuous learner mindset is essential to stay current with industry trends and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
• Proven experience in business process transactions
• Proficiencies in business process management and optimization
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
