Benenden Health has exciting opportunities within its membership team, based in York, joining potential members and retaining existing members, with the o pportunity to earn bonus up to £4k per annum on top of your £26k basic wage.
You’ll be working on the telephone with the enthusiasm to deliver results in a dynamic and changing work environment. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills, but most importantly; strive to deliver a great member experience.
This role is essential to the successful journey of our members and the future of our outstanding business.
These positions are full time working 37.5hrs per week 9am 5pm Monday to Friday, based in our York office. Hybrid working is available after a successful probation periodwith the first 6 months fully office based.
A full induction programme and ongoing training will provide you with an extensive knowledge and understanding of Benenden Health’s core product. There is a requirement to attend 6 weeks of full-time training Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, starting on Monday 23 rd June 2025 until Friday 1 st August 2025.
You must be available for the whole training period and have no annual leave during this time.
You will speak to new and existing members through warm inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling) by explaining the benefits of our products and services.
In line with company core values, you will promote services using your interpersonal skills and training, helping potential and existing members to understand the benefits of membership to secure new business and member loyalty. You will show genuine interest, respect, and care to establish trust and build rapport.
You will take responsibility for identifying your own performance and coaching requirements to enhance personal performance and development.
You will work effectively individually and as part of a team striving to deliver an excellent member experience.
