Amazon Belgium is seeking a self-motivated communications professional to lead proactive consumer campaigns across Amazon.be, including Prime Day, Black Friday, and holiday launches. Report to Head of Communications for Belgium.

You will manage media relations, social media, influencer relations, and crisis/issues management, collaborating with internal teams and acting as Amazon spokesperson. The role requires entrepreneurial thinking and strategic storytelling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Experience in professional communications or public relations.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Fluency in French and/or Flemish.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage strategic PR plans for core retail areas including campaigns and product placement.
• Manage key retail events building cross-category campaigns for Belgium.
• Support strategic launches around new shopping innovations.
• Handle complex, fast-moving communications challenges and act as a spokesperson.
• Write strategic plans, messaging and press releases; pitch top media outlets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful program launches.
