Amazon's International Stores Communications Hub team is seeking a strategic communications professional to support our international regions, focusing on Prime and Influencer Relations.

You will collaborate with global teams to develop and execute initiatives across 26+ markets, shaping narratives that resonate with diverse audiences while upholding Amazon's high standards for clear, impactful communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional communications or public relations.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Experience in developing and executing communication strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in influencer marketing or influencer relations.
• Experience in international or multi-market communications.
• Track record of successful agency management.
• Experience in retail or e-commerce communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt Prime communications strategies across international regions in partnership with U.S.-based topic leads.
• Execute strategic Prime communications programs with in-country teams across 26+ countries, creating toolkits and playbooks.
• Drive implementation of international influencer brand strategy, partnering with Head of International Influencer Relations.
• Manage global influencer measurement and reporting, including partnering with data agencies.
• Lead agency and external partner relationships across influencer and Prime programs.
• Plan, implement, and measure multi-channel campaigns, including events and shoots.
• Provide communication guidance on risk mitigation and reactive issues management.
• Consult on country communications plans to ensure topic consistency and alignment with centralized strategy.
• Manage budget tracking and program reporting for efficiency and accountability.
