Job summary

RSM is seeking graduates for consulting pathways in the UK, offering real client work from day one and strong learning opportunities in Finance Function Support or Risk and Governance.

You'll work five days a week in the office or with clients, building confidence through mentoring and structured training as you progress toward professional qualifications. Start is 14 April 2027, with comprehensive development and inclusion initiatives across the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level)).
• Existing permanent right to live and work in the UK for this role.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

• Prepare statutory financial statements and support financial reporting and compliance activities.
• Turn financial information into meaningful insight that helps clients make confident decisions.
• Meet people at every level of an organisation, from frontline teams to senior leadership.
• Conduct interviews, review documents, analyse data and test how organisations manage risk.
• Take part in the full audit and assurance lifecycle, from planning through to report writing and presenting findings.
• Deliver practical recommendations that help organisations strengthen the way they work.

What You Could Be Doing

You’ll spend five days a week in the office or with clients because that’s where real consulting happens, working experienced colleagues who'll support you, challenge you and help you build confidence as you go.

Depending on which solution you join, you could be:

What We Are Looking For

You don't need experience, you don't need to know exactly where your career is heading and you definitely don't need all the answers.

We're looking for people who are curious, aren’t afraid to ask questions, who want to get involved and who enjoy working with others.

To be considered, you’ll need to have:

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification) or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level)
• An existing permanent right to live and work in the UK for this role.
• A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

Your start date will be 14 April 2027. Start dates are mandatory – the training you receive from day one is designed to give you the best possible start to your career with us.
