Job summary

RSM is offering a graduate starting point in Consulting, with two major solution areas: Finance Function Support or Risk and Governance. You’ll contribute to real client work from day one and learn alongside experienced colleagues, gradually taking on more responsibility as confidence grows.

You’ll spend five days a week in the office or with clients, building skills through client work, training, mentoring and internal development programmes.

Qualifications

• UCAS points: 112 across three A levels (or 104 across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate at higher level)
• Permanent right to live and work in the UK for this role
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required

Responsibilities

• Turn financial information into meaningful insight for confident client decisions.
• Meet people at all levels of an organisation, from frontline teams to senior leadership.

• Take part in the full audit and assurance lifecycle, from planning to reporting.
• Deliver practical recommendations that strengthen how organisations work.

What You Could Be Doing

You’ll spend five days a week in the office or with clients because that's where real consulting happens, working experienced colleagues who'll support you, challenge you and help you build confidence as you go.

Depending on which solution you join, you could be:

• Preparing statutory financial statements and supporting financial reporting and compliance activities.
• Turning financial information into meaningful insight that helps clients make confident decisions.
• Meeting people at every level of an organisation, from frontline teams to senior leadership.
• Conducting interviews, reviewing documents, analysing data and testing how organisations manage risk.
• Taking part in the full audit and assurance lifecycle, from planning through to report writing and presenting findings.
• Delivering practical recommendations that help organisations strengthen the way they work.

What We Are Looking For

You don't need experience, you don't need to know exactly where your career is heading and you definitely don't need all the answers.

We're looking for people who are curious, aren’t afraid to ask questions, who want to get involved and who enjoy working with others.

To be considered, you’ll need to have:

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification) or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level)
• An existing permanent right to live and work in the UK for this role.
• A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

Your start date will be 14 April 2027. Start dates are mandatory – the training you receive from day one is designed to give you the best possible start to your career with us.
